Here are a couple of snapshots from last night’s session in Crazy Panda Studio. We were working on two songs. Laila laid down some new vocal tracks for You’ll Still Be Gone – I think she nailed it this time. We are getting dangerously close to pop music on this one – but in a good way:0)

Late bloomers? Yeah we might be just that, but a lot of hours in Crazy Panda studio during the long Nordic winter finally have paid off. Our first single In Your Eyes is out now. The next three songs are nearly finished – and we keep up the work.
In Your Eyes – behind the song
I actually wrote this song more than 10 years ago. It wasn’t planned for any occasion, session, release or anything else. It was just a story I had to put down on paper, and somehow the melody came along with the words. The song got sacked in a drawer on my Mac, and for a time I just played it for my friends when we were singing and drinking round a campfire or having a party. The lyrics in the song was circling around somewhere between heartache and hope. Laila and our friend Hans really liked it. Okay… there was a potential to sell two CD´s – and, well maybe one to my mother:0)
